Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire  - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.

You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the senior nursing team and be a fundamental part of developing trauma orthopaedic services and ensuring best practice for trauma patients within this acute setting.

We are looking for an experienced nurse who is dynamic, highly motivated and driven with a real enthusiasm to develop and co-ordinate service delivery within the Orthopaedic Department. You will need excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills with a commitment to support and work collaboratively with Clinicians and other allied health professionals in order to ensure prompt care delivery and meet national timeline requirements for trauma patients.

You will be supported directly by a Trauma nurse practitioner and Lead clinician as well as the Senior Nursing and Management team. For the right candidate this would be an ideal platform to broaden your knowledge base in regards to trauma services as well as gaining insight and understanding into the role of the Trauma nurse practitioner. Opportunities to develop personal skill set will also be given in order to enhance self as well as overall service delivery to this often complex group of patients.

If this could be you please come along and informally meet the team.
