Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire  - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.

You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

Are you a registered nurse / new qualified nurse with vision, drive and endless enthusiasm? Do you thrive on change and a challenge? Then come and join our Community Nursing Team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified nurse to join the dynamic and busy Community Nursing Team based at Aldershot Centre for Health. This is a permanent post at 37.5 hours per week worked over 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.

We believe in developmental and training opportunities for our staff and therefore are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated, passionate Band 5 Community Nurse. In return we will develop your clinical competencies, include palliative care/EOL management, wound care, long term condition management and IVs/central lines. We proactively encourage leadership at every level and will support and develop you both clinically and managerially.

You will need to have excellent communication and time management skills, have a flexible approach to the needs of the service and work well as part of a team. Community experience is preferred for this post, but not essential and newly qualified staff are encouraged to apply.
