Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire  - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.

You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

Are you an Experienced or Newly qualified Nurse looking to change direction, develop and grow within your career or return to practice? Then Frimley Health Foundation Trust is your choice of employer! Three hospital sites, one Trust full of career opportunities for you.

If you would like to work full time, flexible or part time hours?  Then we have suitable opportunities for you to consider.

Do you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and respect for patients, relatives, and colleagues to work with us to create an environment conducive to rehabilitation, then look no further?

We are looking to recruit to Bourne Ward (within Farnham Community Hospital). This is a 22 bedded ward providing rehabilitation for predominately older people following an acute hospital stay for acute illness or injury.

Through empowerment and support we assist patients to reach their full functional potential and well-being, with the aim to enable patients to return to their usual residence in a timely manner.

We actively promote a multi-disciplinary model of care and our team works closely together with our social care colleagues, to make sure our patients experience an exceptional stay whilst in our unit.

If you are newly qualified, or new to joining the NMC Register, we have an excellent one year Perceptorship Programme as well as opportunities of a medical rotation to within the main hospital site at Frimley Park Hospital.
