With the ongoing development and investment of the exciting Vanguard projects and opportunities in the North East, Enhanced Recovery & Support at Home is recruiting to two new Administrator posts.

This is due to the expansion of our service, which supports patients at risk of admission to hospital and on discharge from hospital. The priority for this role is to keep people happy and healthy at home.

The teams consist of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Nurses, Rehab Support Workers and a Team Manager who will be supported by the two Administrators.

You will support the clinical team with the operational running of the service, enabling the clinicians to undertake care, rehab and treatment in patients’ own homes. This will involve being responsible for supporting the Team Manager and Clinical Leads with all aspects of administration and operations on a day-to-day basis.

You should have experience in working in a fast paced environment and good negotiation and communication skills.

You must be able to independently travel to the workplace.

The service runs 08:00-21:00 seven days a week however these posts are Monday-Friday 37.5hrs per week with shifts of 08:00-16:00 and 10:00-18:00. The posts are based at Fleet Community Hospital and Frimley Park Hospital and will rotate between the two sites.
