A position has arisen for an experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse to work full time at Frimley Park Hospital.

Within the hospital setting you will be responsible for reviewing inpatients with diabetes, undertaking out-patient clinics and co-ordinating the treatment plans for patients diagnosed with Diabetes.

You will also be responsible for running the telephone advice line and email service, and ensuring that written documentation is kept up to date.

You should have current experience as a DSN and be flexible and proactive in your approach. You will be working within the team of DSN's, ward nurses, practise /community nurses, Diabetologist, GP's, Dieticians and Podiatrists.
