Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.
You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.
Are you currently undertaking a role and looking to progress your career and undertake a structured development pathway incorporating both leadership and clinical advanced practice?
We are now recruiting an experienced Radiographer to join our team and support the operational and strategic plans within our department; a team which delivers a high quality service based on evidence based practice and clinical excellence. A clearly defined leadership structure is in place which provides opportunity for career development for both clinical and management pathways.
The role of Senior Radiographer will provide a clear developmental pathway in relation to professional and personal progression in addition to participating in the departmental strategic plan by having the opportunity to undertake a varied role across a number of modalities.
Perhaps it’s a change in direction that you need? We have a comprehensive induction programme that allows you to build a varied experience across all modalities.
At Frimley Health we believe that effective training and development is at the core of delivering top rated services. And that’s what we do!
With these opportunities it can happen but places are limited due to successful recruitment !
All this; and in one of the most successful Hospital Trusts in the country renowned for its excellent training facilities and mentorship pathway.
