Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire  - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.

You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic nurses with an interest in Women’s Health to join the team on our busy, 10 bedded Gynaecology Ward with 2 trolleys, incorporating the Gynaecology Assessment Unit and the Early Pregnancy Unit (EPU.) These posts are also welcoming to newly qualified nurses with an interest in Women’s Health and to be part of the Preceptorship Programme.

The role is focused on delivering high quality nursing care, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for the patient

Excellent communication skills, a friendly approachable nature and an ability to manage your own workload are required. Gynaecology experience is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided. There is also the opportunity to gain experience by working in the Gynaecology Assessment Unit and the Early Pregnancy Unit (EPU). Our shift patterns are 11.5 hours long.
