Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.
You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Network Support Specialists to join the IM&T IT Services Team at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust. As the IT Services teams have recently been restructured new posts have been identified and this is a great opportunity to join a newly established and dynamic team.
The IM&T department is committed to its forward thinking and dynamic strategy which follows a ‘best of breed’ approach. This involves delivering a number of projects to provide staff with the best technology, enabling them to deliver more efficient and effective patient care. We require experienced Senior Network Support Specialists to contribute to the delivery of the IM&T Programme, providing support and installation services for the continuing operation of the Trusts’ network infrastructure,
We require reliable, flexible and enthusiastic individuals with excellent network support skills and very good knowledge of Frimley Park Hospital and the wider organisation. As a Senior Network Specialist you will take day to day responsibility for the provision of general network support, and to take a key role in deployments and troubleshooting, therefore strong technical skills and experience is required. You will also be assisting in planning and implementing IT projects This role will require you to be involved on a number of initiatives at any one time and you should be able to take a proactive approach while multi-tasking and managing priorities.
At times you may be required to work at other Trust sites in order to support project delivery, therefore the ability and willingness to travel is preferred. The role also forms part of the Trusts IT on call team.
