Due to exciting developments within the trust we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person to join our Occupational Therapy team.
The post holder would be a key member of the OT discharge service, responsible for equipment fitting and stock management.
This role will include :-
- Taking equipment out to patients homes and fitting items (training will be given)
- Maintenance of stock,
- Use of computerised ordering and stock control systems,
- Liaising with outside agencies and patients families,
- Teaching patients and their families how to use and fit the equipment
- Cleaning returned equipment,
The post is based at Frimley Park Hospital but applicants need to be able to travel between all three of Frimley Health’s hospitals and go out to patients home.
