Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire  - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.

You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

We are looking for a confident Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join our highly regarded APP team. You should be a forward thinking practitioner, who has the ability to bring about change and the desire to develop and improve services. You must have had previous experience of working independently within the MSK orthopaedic clinic setting, as well as demonstrating excellent communication, teaching and organisational skills.

We also  provide APP Services in several GP practices and there may be the opportunity to expand into this role in the future.

The successful candidate would work in Primary Care Triage service and Secondary Care (body part specific) You should have worked as an APP for at least 2 years, and ideally you should have the appropriate qualifications in injection therapy.

Support and training will be provided by our experienced MSK Team Lead as well as Orthopaedic Consultants and Local GP’s as appropriate.

The Trust has a strong commitment to excellence and we would expect the successful candidate to mirror this.

Interview Date: w/c 5th March dependant on Consultant availability.
