Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire  - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.

You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

Work stream Lead (Care & Support Market/Support Workforce) 1.0wte

Health and Care services are going through an unprecedented period of change to ensure we deliver sustainable services for our population for the future. The Frimley Health & Care Integrated Care System (ICS) is a collaboration of local providers, commissioners, and local authorities working in partnership with wider stakeholders and local communities with a vision that ultimately sets out to create healthy communities and in doing so will support the delivery of better health, better care and improved efficiency.

This is a novel and complex whole system change and the Frimley Health & Care ICS requires an experienced team to drive this work forward. This team will foster a climate that encourages collaboration across organisations including mental health and social care, whilst challenging assumptions to drive the greatest impact for the population. The team will be recognised as champions for ensuring the provision of robust and accurate evidence in all decisions across all organisations and supporting Executives through to project managers to drive the greatest outcome possible for the population.

As we are moving into delivery phase a number of positions have arisen presenting an exciting opportunity to be part of the team driving this work forward.

The role will be either a 1 year fixed term contract or secondment opportunity and there will be the requirement to travel across the ICS footprint therefore car driver is essential.
