The Temporary Staffing Service is embarking on a project to expand its services throughout 2018. We are now recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join the team.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for bank workers, including advertising, interviewing, managing offers, undertaking pre-employment checks and on-boarding.

You will input data and generate correspondence via the appropriate systems including TRAC, NHS Jobs, the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and Allocate HealthRoster / BankStaff.

You must be able to operate in a very busy office environment, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication skills are a must. You will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills, as well as an organised and methodical approach, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working within an HR, recruitment or temporary staffing environment.

Please be aware there will be the occasional requirement for evening/weekend working to cover recruitment events at any of our sites or externally. Applications for job shares will be considered.

This post may be based at Frimley Park Hospital, Frimley or Wexham Park Hospital, Slough. Please note the team will be relocating to Heatherwood Hospital, Ascot later in 2018.
