Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.
You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an EDMS eForms Developer to join the EDMS team at Frimley Health Foundation Trust. We are currently in the phase of rolling out our electronic document management system (EDMS), Evolve, to services across the trust and are committed to developing clinical forms and associated workflows to support and improve user experience and patient care.
We require an individual who fully understands and is be able to: exploit the capabilities of the Kainos Evolve e-forms and workflow applications; meet with clinical staff that need to migrate current paper-based data collection processes into e-forms; and ascertain the information capture requirements along with the associated workflows.
We are looking for someone who has an analytical mind to interpret user requirements to develop and design subsequent eforms and that has a proven track record of delivering services / applications to end users and is able to drive innovation and change. The role will also have responsibility to maintain a library of e-forms, categorised by each forms status in the development / acceptance process, and to manage version control of the forms according to accepted IM&T procedures.
If you are looking for a role that engages with clinical services and drives cultural change, one that uses your IT skills to improve clinical efficiency, and you like working in a project environment then this is the role for you.
