An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join the IM&T Programme Management Office at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust to manage the delivery of a number of IM&T programmes within the IM&T department as outlined in its forward thinking and dynamic strategy.

We require an experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic individual with excellent programme management skills to join the team. The role will be responsible for the management of the Programme Management Office therefore strong leadership skills and management experience is required. As a Programme Manager you will be required to scrutinise IM&T business cases to ensure costs and savings are appropriate and lead on the management and tracking of the IM&T Capital development programme. You will work with SRO’s to identify benefits and cost savings and ensure they are monitored and realised. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills to engage with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders at all levels.

You will need to be resilient to working in a challenging environment as the organisation embarks on its digital journey and change. You must therefore possess strong delivery and change management skills in order to influence and drive the transition and embed appropriate business process and operational changes across the organisation. You will be required to take on on a number of initiatives at any one time and you should be able to take a proactive approach while multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.

The role is required to work at any of the Trust sites at FHFT in order to support the PMO office in project delivery, therefore the ability and willingness to travel is expected.
