We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of our busy on site Nursery at Wexham Park. This will include the effective management of staff as well as ensuring that the aims of the Nursery are achieved in accordance with established good practice, relevant policies, OFSTED regulations and the Early Years Framework. To be successful in the role, you’ll need to have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare/
N.N.E.B. / Diploma in Childcare and Education or an Early years Educator approved qualification or equivalent. This will be supported by a sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Agenda and national standards for full day care. You’ll also have 2 years' previous work experience in a nursery setting, experience at Supervisory/management level within a childcare setting and the ability to work effectively with children from birth to 5 years. You’ll have a resilient, adaptable and assertive management style, with an Innovative and forward looking approach and good leadership skills.
