Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire  - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.

You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and dynamic clinical leader to take the Gastro-intestinal Nursing service forward.  The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and management skills to support the future innovative development of the GI nursing services.  In addition you will continue to maintain and develop your advanced clinical skills within this specialist area.

You must have the ability to inspire and work as part of a team as well as being able to work autonomously. The role requires an ability to act as an expert resource and leader in clinical practice within clinical areas with a flexible and adaptable approach.  You should have proven experience of service improvement and budgetary management.  You should have   a current knowledge of the cancer targets and the living with and beyond cancer agenda.  You should possess excellent communication skills.
