Frimley Health is a Trust where great care and great careers go hand in hand. We’re three hospitals working closely with each other and with the communities we serve in Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire  - our organisation has brought Heatherwood and Wexham hospitals into the fold of Frimley Park Hospital and its wider community services.

You’ll find the highest standards of clinical excellence across our locations and a friendly, supportive, open culture that brings everyone together. For our team it means a great day-to-day working experience – in a Trust with strong leadership, a clear sense of direction and an exciting vision for the future. The investment and changes ahead make this an exciting place to be. You can play your part in delivering exceptional patient care, while continuing to grow, develop and progress through first class learning and training.

  • Are you an Experienced or Newly qualified Nurse looking to either change direction, develop and grow within your career or return to practice?

  • If yes, then Frimley Health Foundation Trust is your choice of  employer!

  • We are one Trust with 3 hospital sites across Frimley, Heatherwood and Slough.

At both our Wexham Park & Heatherwood site we are recruiting motivated Nurses to work in our:

  • Trauma, Plastics & Orthopaedics ward

The ward is made up of 48 beds caring for mixed orthopaedics, plastics & trauma patients. The surgical rotation gives newly qualified Nurses the opportunity to solidify their experiences and to gain exposure to  a variety of major and minor surgical cases.

Within our Trust we have a positive flexible working approach in order to help our staff achieve a healthy work/life balance.

Above all we value our staff and aim to support our workforce and their wellbeing. We have many staff benefits within our Trust, including onsite staff accommodation, Staff Travel & Transport, subsidised on-site staff restaurant, Childcare Support and an Ofsted approved onsite Nursery.

In addition to your normal shifts, you will be automatically enrolled into our bank system whereby you can choose to do extra shifts in your ward or other wards for an opportunity to gain expertise in various specialties and at competitive rates.

If this sounds like the role for you, please submit an on-line application stating your preferred clinical area of interest in the first line of your supporting statement.
