Part time Administrator AfC Band 2

 

Frimley Health is a large Foundation Trust with three main sites.  

The Trust’s Occupational Health Department based at Wexham Hospital near Slough now require a part time Administrator for 18.75 hours a week.

 

The team consists of an Occupational Health Consultant and other clinical nursing staff.  You will work alongside the departments senior Administrator and assist with the general day to day running of the department. 

 

Occupational Health deals with a wide range of work-related health issues and receives a large number of telephone enquiries and visitors.  You will assist with reception duties including booking appointments and dealing with general queries.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are therefore essential. 

 

You will also be expected to input patient information onto a computerised database and use computerised diary and clinic bookings, so familiarity with basic computer systems is essential

 

Confidentiality of information must be maintained at all times.

 

A range of in-house courses are available and you will receive some ‘on the job’ training for the role. The department is open from 08.30 – 16.30 and you may be required to work flexibly during these hours.
