We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised person with excellent administration skills to work in the Estates Department.

Excellent customer service and verbal communications skills are essential. You will maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors and all other staff within the Trust.

Previous experience in a busy office environment is required. You should possess a full range of proven administration skills and a good standard of education at GCSE or equivalent with at least 3 Grade C’s or above to include English Language.

Excellent IT skills are required to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

You should have the ability to use your own initiative but also be a team player with a flexible approach to work. You will need to be able to prioritise workload to meet demands.
